Our client is seeking a Licensed Graduate Social Worker - LGSW to work with older adults in a Washington, DC long term care facility. The schedule is 8:30am-5pm, Monday-Friday.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Conduct intake/assessment to determine needed services
* Meet with clients as determined by treatment plan
* Complete case notes in a timely fashion
* Work with the Director and other multi-disciplinary team members to develop and implement treatment plans/assessments for clients

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* LGSW
* Experience working with older adults in either a residential setting or in community setting
