Link Home Therapy provides Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy in the assisted living and home care settings. We focus on helping seniors regain their mobility and prior function so that they can return to a lifestyle they love.
We are excited to have branched into the Mental Health space with our new division Link Wellness. We are now providing mental health services to our seniors who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, grief and more.
We have locations in NJ, NY, VA, MD, MI.
