- Program Services Manager
Description
At the Lancaster County Food Hub, we’re in the empowerment business. We envision a Lancaster County that supports and empowers neighbors towards lives of dignity and stability.
Located in the heart of Lancaster City, the Hub helps neighbors meet their basic human needs -- free food, clothing, and homelessness outreach services – and support them into more stable life circumstances in a place that feels like family. We’re here to not only provide the basics but to build a little trust, share a little hopefulness, and connect neighbors to the supportive services they need.
The need for our services is rising dramatically, and that means we're growing. It's an honor that neighbors are comfortable reaching out to us for help, but that means too many people in our community are facing hardship. That’s why we’re looking for compassionate, dedicated professionals to join our team who can bring both skill and heart to the work of walking alongside those in challenging situations, offering not just resources, but dignity, hope, and a path forward.
The Program Services Manager works closely with staff, volunteers, vendors, and partners to deliver high-quality, data-informed programs that meet community needs and make a measurable difference in Lancaster County.
